Train your tasters to recognize and scale the intensity of almost 60 individual beer flavour notes. We provide unit-dosed, reference beer flavour standards which are safe to smell and taste. Manufactured in our ISO9001-accredited facility and extensively analysed to assure consistent flavour character and strength every time.
Beer flavour standards available include: acetaldehyde, acetic, almond, alkaline, bitter, bromophenol, butyric, caprylic, catty, chlorophenol, cooked vegetable, damascenone, diacetyl, DMS, earthy, ethyl acetate, ethyl butyrate, ethyl hexanoate, freshly cut grass, geosmin, geraniol, grainy, honey, hop oil, H2S, indole, isoamyl acetate, isovaleric, kettle hop, lactic, leathery, lightstruck, malty-biscuity, mercaptan, methional, musty, onion, papery, phenolic, plastics, rancid oil, rotten vegetable, salty, smoky, sour, spicy, sulphitic, sweet and vanilla.
