Brewery yeast propagation service
The brewery yeast you need when you need it - guaranteed to perform.
Let's face it, propagating brewery yeast looks easy, but it's not. You think you've got everything right, but for some reason you find that some contaminant bacteria or yeast have crept in there. You have to start again. Or worse still, conditions in the yeast propagator - oxygen, amino acid concentrations, or zinc availability haven't been quite right. To begin with you didn't really notice anything untoward. But after two or three generations in the brewery your fermentations and beer have started to show the tell-tale signs. Slow fermentation, poor brewery yeast crops, insufficient diacetyl reduction - or worse.
There's an alternative to all this. Allow us to propagate your brewery yeast for you. We already do it for more than a hundred breweries all over the world. We can propagate enough yeast for you to pitch your brewery yeast propagator or a small fermenter. Yeast is propagated to order from your culture in our laboratories then shipped to your brewery by courier on ice.
What sort of brewery yeasts can be propagated?
