SALES ADMINISTRATOR - YEAST

ROLE SCOPE
To provide timely and efficient administrative support to support the smooth administration of brewing yeast sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow up customer orders and quotations received via the e-commerce system:
1. Set up deals on Highrise from direct website orders
2. Sort out payment problems with credit card payments
Maintenance of the customer database (Highrise)
3. Updating names and addresses
4. Maintenance of deals on Highrise
Sales administrative tasks to support business development team members:
5. Produce quotes for team
6. Produce customer specific documentation such as US Dollar/Euro invoices
7. Checking customer accounts and resolving payment issues
8. Produce invoices for renewal of annual yeast contract
Be responsible for liaising with logistics team to ensure customers
are informed of the progress of their yeast orders
Monitor customer satisfaction with products and services:
9. Handle customer complaints
Ensure correct documentation is in place for compliance with the yeast dispatch process.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential:
Educated to A-Levels or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
Intermediate word and excel skills
Commercial Awareness
Solid background in sales administration
Desirable:
Business administration qualification
Second language
Experience of e-commerce software e.g. Magento
