I am responsible for the marketing at Cara Technology. In 2015 I chose to join the family business, which was named after myself, and take charge of all marketing and advertising aspects of the company.
Previous to this I studied Politics at university, focusing largely on international politics, economics and political theory. During my time there I was involved in running the university’s hockey team and hosting a weekly radio show on Goldsmith’s ‘Wired’ radio station. Outside of my studies I have worked in the hospitality and retail industries for 5 years. These have included large companies such as Kurt Geiger, House of Fraser and JD Wetherspoon. In addition to this I have had lots of political experience over the years, both in the House of Commons and for the Conservative Party as a campaign assistant in the 2015 election.
Now at Cara I am responsible for all our social media activity, brochures, conferences, reports, websites and much more. Although I have been involved with the company since a young age, it’s great to see how it’s developed over the years and become such a fantastic place to work.
