Amaey Mundkur joins Cara Technology

Amaey started home brewing in Australia in 2003. After graduating with a BSc in genetics and evolutionary biology from The Pennsylvania State University in 2004, he joined SABMiller as a technical trainee. He worked there for a little over a year where he received advanced training in beer off-flavours and sensory. He has acquired a masters in Brewing and Distilling from Heriott Watt University, where his thesis work focused on management and quality of Natural Selection Brewing.
