IBD Sensory Evening

Last week, Cara Technology held a flavours evening in collaboration with the Institute of Brewing & Distilling. The event was held at Moriarty Bar in Edinburgh. The evening was run by our two business development managers, Amaey Mundkur & Craig Thomas.

The event featured a short presentation on sensory and beer flavour, as well as a flavour assessment focused on hop derived flavours. The event was well received by all those who attended.
