We are pleased to announce that Amaey Mundkur has joined our business development team. Amaey started home brewing in Australia in 2003. After graduating with a BSc in genetics and evolutionary biology from The Pennsylvania State University in 2004, he joined SABMiller as a technical trainee. He worked there for a little over a year where he received advanced training in beer off-flavours and sensory. He has acquired a masters in Brewing and Distilling from Heriott Watt University, where his thesis work focused on management and quality of Natural Selection Brewing. He will now join the Cara team to focus on the sales and development of our AROXA Certified Flavour Standards, SensCheck sensory software and Taster Validation Schemes to the brewing industry.
