James Worthington achieves distinction in Food Flavour Chemistry (PG Cert Sensory Science)

We are pleased to announce that James Worthington from our flavours team has achieved distinction in his Food Flavour Chemistry module of his ongoing PG Cert in Sensory Science at the University of Nottingham. This ongoing knowledge and training is vital to our development within Cara and we are sure that all the new techniques he has learnt will be essential to his day-to-day work. This was the first of his modules and James will continue on this 36 month course.
