We are pleased to announce that Emily Chang has joined the company full time after working as a graduate trainee for 9 months at Cara Technology. She has joined the company in the capacity of sensory support specialist. She joins Dr Becki Clark in our growing sensory team at Cara. This team is designed to support our SensCheck™ and Taster Validation Schemes in the brewing and water industries. They will also undertake flavour training within the industry and further sensory analysis.
