Amy Voong achieves distinction in Food Flavour Chemistry (PG Cert Sensory Science)

We are pleased to announce that Amy from our flavours team has achieve distinction on her food flavour chemistry module in her PG Cert on Sensory Science from the University of Nottingham. We are sure that this development in her sensory knowledge will aid her in her day-to-day work within the lab. She will continue to learn five more modules within the 3 year course, including a dissertation based at Cara.
